DUPLEX 2205 PIPE, FITTINGS & FLANGES
Roughly double the yield strength of 304/316 austenitic stainless
Excellent resistance to chloride pitting and stress-corrosion cracking
Good weldability and toughness in a balanced ferrite-austenite structure
Nominally 22% chromium, 5% nickel and 3% molybdenum with controlled nitrogen, giving a roughly 50/50 austenite-ferrite microstructure.
